Excellent service and easy to schedule 7/23/2011

The ability to book service online was convenient. The technician arrived during my chosen time slot and was professional and friendly. Ed was polite and thorough and he also told us about a couple of preventative measures to avoid a sewer back up in the future. Excellent service all around. Roto-Rooter Plumbers - May 1-2, 2011 6/17/2011

I would highly recommend the plumbers at Roto-Rooter in Buffalo, NY. We had a sewer back-up on Sunday night ~9:30PM and called Roto-Rooter. The plumber was there within 2 hrs and was at the house until ~1:30AM fixing the issue. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would call them again. Jamie L more

We needed a plumber at our home in East Aurora, NY (near Buffalo) so we gave Roto-Rooter a call. Jon came out on Memorial Day and gave us great service. He cleared out all of the tree roots for us, put a camera through the lines for free and told us how to keep the roots at bay. Great service! Mark and Amy McBride more

I would like to thank Andy Myers for taking the time out on a holiday-Memorial Day to come and get my basement free of waste...Thank goodness he was able to come right away. Andy was great.Great attitude and sense of humor.What I like the most he explained everything to me and that was great. I like to know what is going on when I have a problem. We usually call Roto-Rooters Plumbing in Buffalo when we have a plumbing problem, and their services is always prompt and quite good. The only complaint this time was that while repairing an unrelated issue, the plumber notices that some prior work was leaking. He didn't have the necessary tool, but promised to have someone call me the next day to arrange repair under warranty. No one called, so I called several days later, and there was no record of me needing a follow-up. Even then, no one was available with the tool for another two days. Surprisingly poor communication and slow service for a company that up until now has been great at both. more

Bob W. our plumber was very helpful in explaining the problem in our Buffalo area home. Bob ran the cable from the house to the sewer. He also ran it from the trap in the yard to release the unknown blockage at the trap. He also suggested that I contact the office to schedule a free camera viewing. We also had no warranty on the floor drain. Bob made my day much more problem free with his great detail to service and his willingness to answer my questions. Thank you for having such great service team members that have always in my past dealings and currently one. more

Andy Myers, the Roto-Rooter plumber here in Buffalo who answered our distress call about significant dripping in our antiquated tub/shower, was extraordinarily helpful and thorough. He was able to do the job despite the handicap of having to deal with plumbing fixtures that must have been well over 25 years old. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 05-18-11 5/19/2011

I called Roto Rooter for a back-up in my main line sewer trap. This line ran almost the entire length of the basement floor. Andy M. was the technician that came to my home, and his work was outstanding! He thouroughly examined all the possible causes, explaining each along the way, and how to rectify them. Andy then made the determination that the main line trap was backed up. He worked very hard to rectify the problem and was successful. After the line was opened, he repeatedly flush tested the lines to verify they were functioning properly. This is the second time that I have used your service since I purchased my home last spring, and I will definitely use Roto Rooter again. I have told as many of my neighbors as I could about the service, as the area we live in is subject to sewer line issues. Thanks again for the great work!!! more
