Ran into a small problem replacing a toilet, because the plastic pipe flange was cracked where the mounting bolts were located. Called Roto-Rooter plumber in Buffalo, and had a plumber there on a Saturday afternoon within half hour! The plumber (Jon S) was very professional and courteous, quoted the job very reasonable, and completed it very quick. Even offered to complete installation of toilet for me! Very pleased with the service call ,and will definitely call again, and recommend to others! more

Clogged sewer line? 5/2/2011

I called Roto-Rooter to investigate a clog I had in my main sewer line. They came out promptly and found the problem right away. The technician was professional and explained everything he was doing with clear detail. He was very personable and courteous, and went above and beyond what I expected to provide me with excellent service. Even though it was a little pricey (what plumbing job isn't though), I'm glad I chose Roto-Rooter. If I have a serious plumbing problem again, I won't hesitate to call them. And a 6-month guarantee on their work -- you can't beat that. Don't bother with any other plumbing company -- it's worth the money. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4-17-11 4/19/2011

I live outside Buffalo and needed a plumber on a Sunday afternoon. Roto-Rooter had a tech come out free of charge and give a free estimate to fix the shower and toilet. Our Tech Andy was knowledgeable and friendly. He made recommendations about what was needed, not what cost the most. He took care of the issues and cleaned up afterwords. I would recommend to anyone. more
