Bob W. our plumber was very helpful in explaining the problem in our Buffalo area home. Bob ran the cable from the house to the sewer. He also ran it from the trap in the yard to release the unknown blockage at the trap. He also suggested that I contact the office to schedule a free camera viewing. We also had no warranty on the floor drain. Bob made my day much more problem free with his great detail to service and his willingness to answer my questions. Thank you for having such great service team members that have always in my past dealings and currently one.
