Worst

Unfortunately I had to cur my hot stone appt short, however, the gal was nice but the stones were too hot. Hard to relax when feeling burned. She did quickly remedy the problem.

Wonderful Experience 12/8/2011

Recently diagnosed with breast cancer, I was referred there for a wig..I'm 49 and expected the "old lady look." Not to mention the anxiety of losing my hair with chemo, I did'nt have high expectations..Boy, did they prove me wrong..Everyone was so kind, professional and knowledgeable, Kelly found me the perfect wig and cut it, looks great, friends and family love it..I also did a makeup consultation to help during chemo, Amy was great. I watched many stylists when I was there, all gave beautiful, stylish cuts..very impressed. Robert the manager made sure I was happy with the service and was so kind. I will be back as soon as my hair grows in..highly recommend this salon. more

I am NEVER EVER disapointed when I come to visit Kami at ReVamp! She is always, warm, inviting and professional. She provides EXCELLENT service, a great experience. She is never pushey in providing products or extra services, but makes great suggestions abotu what might be great for your skin/beauty and to add to your collection of products. more

I recently visited reVamp for the third time. I travel from Montana because the staff at reVamp does an amazing job at making you LOOK and FEEL beautiful. Don't hesitate to schedule an appointment, and take their recommendations, everyone who walks out of their salon looks FABULOUS! more

Even if I look a little messy when I arrive for my appointment at Revamp, I always leave looking terrific. I've been a Revamp client for over 5 years and it's a place where I can feel relaxed and pampered. When people compliment me on my hair, I always refer them to my stylist at Revamp! more

I moved to the Twin Cities over two years ago and it took me a long time to find a stylist that I liked. Finally tried Audrey at reVamp! and have been very happy! Only thing that could make it better would be a discounted rate on parking. more

What a disappointment! 12/2/2011

I decided to treat myself with a new look and chose reVamp because of the affiliation with Christopher Hopkins. Unfortunately I couldn't afford him but thought someone who had trained under him would be a more affordable option. I was visiting my family for a few days & just told my mom I was getting a haircut. When I returned my mom said "I thought you were getting a haircut?" That is how different I looked :( She didn't even notice the makeup. $200 for pretty much the same look. The gals that did my hair and makeup were very nice but what an expensive disappointment. I've never been one to make a scene but felt sick when I left there because I probably should have. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting something new. more

ReVamp ROCKS! 12/2/2011

I have been going to ReVamp Salonspa for many, many years and I have gone through a myriad of diverse hair styles in that time. I am amazed that Christopher is able to create something unique, flattering and appropriate each and every time. I totally trust him to make me the best that I can be! I travel a lot and am still surprised at how often people stop me to comment on how much they like my hair. All of the services provided at ReVamp are top shelf. Trish is a delight and does my color and by some miracle I never seem to have any roots . The massage therapists are incredible and hold their own up against 5* hotel spas. The nail technicians are all very good and it is a great place to treat my two granddaughters to a mani/pedi day with Grandma. All in all the entire staff is fun, friendly and welcoming. Robert keeps a close watch on both the customers and the staff to ensure that everyone has a terrific and rejuvenating experience. more

Girls spa day 12/2/2011

I love reVamp!. We come as a group once a year. Some of us come individually during the year. Your staff is excellent (all of them!) - and we especially appreciate Robert's help in getting our appointments set up as we need them to be. The only constructive criticism I'd give is to somehow develop a method for keeping straight which services were requested when it's a large group like ours. This tends to get a bit hosed up until Robert steps in. more

I've been getting my hair cut and colored at ReVamp for several years and I occasionally have had other services as well. My hair stylist, Meagan, is talented and does a wonderful job with my hair. I've enjoyed massages, makep up applications, also. I've come to rely on the advice I get from ReVamp and I consider the people there to be wonderful. more
