I love reVamp!. We come as a group once a year. Some of us come individually during the year. Your staff is excellent (all of them!) - and we especially appreciate Robert's help in getting our appointments set up as we need them to be. The only constructive criticism I'd give is to somehow develop a method for keeping straight which services were requested when it's a large group like ours. This tends to get a bit hosed up until Robert steps in.
