Worst

Unfortunately I had to cur my hot stone appt short, however, the gal was nice but the stones were too hot. Hard to relax when feeling burned. She did quickly remedy the problem.

Make-over 2/6/2012

I was very pleased with my make-up lesson. Kami was very upbeat and complimentary. It is very evident that she loves what she does and that she loves her job. I learned alot from her. I did purchase several items and I will purchase some more. Loved the expereince!! Emma did my hair and she was amazing as well!! Being I am a hairstylist as well, I truly enjoyed being pampered instead having somone in my salon throw on the color and washing it off at home!!She did a beautiful job. I love the color and the cut. I am use to wearing my hair a bit "bigger" but I styled it exactly as she did and it looked great! I enjoyed Joanne as well. I was prepared to hear some unflattering things about myself and she made my experience fun but yet in a professional way told me pretty much the truth!! And the camera guy, sorry I didnt catch his name, he was awesome!! He went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcomed. He was alot of fun and very accomodating. The 5 of us had a great day and I am so glad Sharon gave us this suggestion!! Thank-you so much for a great experience!! Mary more

reVamp Salon Talent & Customer Srvice 2/5/2012

After seeing Christopher Hopkins on the Oprah and Twin Cities Live TV shows over the years, I always wanted to go to the reVamp Salon Spa, but kept putting it off until I lost enough weight. I finally decided that I needed a new look and delaying the opportunity wasn't going to make me reach my goal weight any faster, so I scheduled an appointment for a refresh makeover. When I arrived at the salon for my appointment , I looked and felt like a "bag lady", yet from the moment I checked in until my refresh makeover was done, the entire staff was professional, friendly and treated me like I was a queen. Kami was wonderful with my makeup and teaching me how to apply it properly. She is amazing!! Audrey gave me a hair color and cut that is the best I have ever had!! I have already scheduled my next hair appointment. I stated to one of the staff at the front desk that I have never felt so comfortable at a high end salon before, and his respinse was, "When you come to reVamp, we are welcoming you into our home!!" From your talented and customer oriented staff, your salon/spa is head and shoulders above any others. I am a true fan! more

The staff are amazing, from the moment you walk in the door; they greet you with a warm friendly welcoming smile! The stylists are phenomenal! Amazingly talented at knowing what style is most complimentary based on getting to know 'who you are'. They really CARE! This is a tranquil and pleasant place to go to feel pampered. That is why I say 'for adults only' because it is much easier to relax when there is not the distraction of children (we all appreciate a parental break once in awhile!) more

Excellent facial 1/27/2012

I had a facial with Kami and she is fantastic! She is working on you the whole time (I.e. giving you a scalp massage while your mask is on). She was very knowledgable on product. And the bed is extraordinarily comfortable. I will definitely be back. more

What a treat! 1/26/2012

My family gave me this makeover for my 68th birthday and as a reward for losing 56 lbs. I was so excited! My life has been all about taking care of others and putting myself last so being pampered is very new to me. When I arrived I was worried that this fancy venue just wasn't for me but Robert put me at ease. I was given a upper back massage that helped relax me and then Kari colored my hair. She did such a great job--just seemed to know right away what colors would look best--WOW! Then off to Christopher for the cutest hair cut I've ever had AND I've been able to do it at home myself! Kami did my makeup and that was so helpful. I may not be able to do it as beautifully as she did but she taught me alot. In March I go back to get help on clothing choices. I actually feel beautiful for the first time in many years. When my grandson, 10, saw me he held my hand and said, "Grandma, you don't look a day over 55." Thanks to everyone at ReVamp for making my day the greatest!! more

I have had massage from many therapists over the course of my lifetime. The massage team at reVamp! are as good, if not better than the best of the best at the finest spas in the country. I love that you provide a nice relaxing room to unwind before and after the massage. more

New Chapter 1/23/2012

I booked a makeover for my 50th birthday and had a lovely experience. I had my first manicure and pedicure which was wonderful. Christopher cut my hair which I have gotten many great compliments on. I also received a make up application that was really great and will try to maintain. Everyone who help me were really helpful and nice and really enjoy the work they do which always makes it a lovely experience when you work with people who like what they do. Thank you. I'll be back. more

Audrey is wonderful! She works very hard to give me exactly what I am looking for. Her skills are top notch, because my hair stays looking great for weeks - until it's time for the next appointment.
