I have had a mixed experience with Real Property Management of West San Fernando Valley. It was a great first year, horrible second half, and am now arriving to a terrible ending....

I am so happy that I chose Adel and his team to manage my property. He really knows what he is doing, he is very pleasant to deal with, and he takes care of things quickly. I am always able to get a hold of them, day or night, and 90% of the time it's actually Adel himself. I am a very busy person and just knowing that his team is on top of everything gives me much needed piece of mind. I already recommended two friends of mine to them and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and hard working property management team. more

Our rental time with RPM West San Fernando Valley was all smooth sailing. Repair requests were handled quickly & professionally, our departure was handled respectfully and our security deposit returned just as we expected well within the time frame promised. Would gladly work with them again if given the chance. more

Could be better with communication, but good company overall. 2/26/2015

Real Property Management of West San Fernando Valley is a pretty good property management company. They're helping me rent out my townhouse in Van Nuys. The good thing about them is that Adel is very responsive. Whenever I have problems that need to be resolved he takes care of it quickly. However, I think they could improve with keeping a written record of our communication. A lot of times the issues we discuss are conducted over the phone, but I don't have a record of it. Suddenly I'll see strange charges on my account, and I wont' know if I had given it the okay or not. I'd prefer if they used e-mail so we have a clear record of things getting done. Aside from that, I'm pretty happy with their work. more

I had a wonderful experience with Real Property Management! They found a reliable family for my home in Northridge. There were no problems throughout the year and what I really liked about them was that I was always in control. When there was a maintenance issue, they'd fill me in right away and I would get email updates. I really liked being able to see all the issues (if any) online. RPM was a great choice. more

I've only had positive experiences with them. 12/5/2014

This is my first experience working with Real Property Management and at first I was worried about how it was going to be. However, it has been really easy and comfortable. Adel from the beginning was super polite and great. He even brought some of his wife's baked bread one time. He was very flexible about my move-in date and asked the owner if I could move-in 3 days prior to the date and did not add anything else to the rent. It is very convenient to communicate with Adel. All I have to do is text him if there is any problems. I don't feel he doesn't get back to me, and I haven't had any problems with him. I haven't interacted much with others, but basically they offered me a quick renewal. I pay on time, and I'm happy to pay my bills so that they can pay theirs; they are just really nice with me. I've only had positive experiences with them. more
