Real Property Management of West San Fernando Valley is a pretty good property management company. They're helping me rent out my townhouse in Van Nuys. The good thing about them is that Adel is very responsive. Whenever I have problems that need to be resolved he takes care of it quickly. However, I think they could improve with keeping a written record of our communication. A lot of times the issues we discuss are conducted over the phone, but I don't have a record of it. Suddenly I'll see strange charges on my account, and I wont' know if I had given it the okay or not. I'd prefer if they used e-mail so we have a clear record of things getting done. Aside from that, I'm pretty happy with their work.
