Overall, pretty good! 11/18/2014

Real Property Management manages our rental properties and takes care of maintenance that's due on the property. 90% of the time, when we put a work order in, they check it out and get it fixed. The other 10% of the time, they they're kind of lacking. We'll put in a work order and never hear from them. But no matter where you go, you'll always have your hiccups. more

The most professional and most personal. 10/21/2014

I just had Real Property Management of West San Fernando Valley start working for me this year, and they have been incredible so far. They're managing a property for me in Los Angeles while I'm here in Minnesota, they have just been terrific. They have been perfect in terms of trying to identify issues and managing them, and are outstanding with communication and following through. The communication system that they have is much better than my previous management company, so it's been much easier to access information. They can handle everything. more

It was a good first year, horrible second half, and terrible ending. 10/20/2014

I have had a mixed experience with Real Property Management of West San Fernando Valley. It was a great first year, horrible second half, and am now arriving to a terrible ending. I'm in a situation right now where they're trying to break my lease, which was set from July to July, because the person that owns the unit is trying to make a short sale. If that short sale goes through, it would lead to me receiving a 30 days to vacate notice. So, needless to say, I'm disappointed and more than a little mad at them. As far as the day to day stuff goes, it takes a few tries to get a hold of them, especially regarding repairs, which is inconvenient. They definitely need better communication with their tenants, so that we don't keep getting the short end of the stick. I probably wouldn't recommend them. more

Adel at Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley is a great man. The service is great and they always stay connected with their clients. They are efficient and get things done. They helped me rent out and manage two different properties. The only thing I don't like is their pricing. more

Really great 9/15/2014

This has worked out really well for us. We needed to rent the property to pay for my mother's assistant living, and the guy in charge handled it very smoothly, he made all the right recommendations, he worked with us to set the price, and now we receive a check every month and it's perfect. We've been using them for about a year and a half now. more

Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley manages a condo that I rent out and they exceed my expectations. They handle everything that needs to be done and respond promptly. They are also incredibly intelligent about doing things the right way and that is why I hired them. I have already recommended them several times. I can not say enough about them. more

Great customer service but confusing cash handling procedures 9/9/2014

Real Property Management is very professional and have great and clear communication. They are prompt as well. The only reasons I don't give them a five are because the website itself is very difficult to navigate, and their cash-handling procedures are confusing. However, as far as customer service and communication go, they are right on top of everything. more

Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley has been very helpful to me. Every time I've needed help with anything, Adel tells me just what to do. They are very well staffed, and always work well with tenants. I haven't got any bad feedback for them! more

Very responsive service 7/14/2014

Real Property Management does a good job managing my apartment and they're always responsive when I have an issue. Unfortunately, the owner of my apartment is much slower to get things done and my problems aren't solved very quickly. But overall, the property managers are helpful and when made aware of the problems, they do what they can to fix them for me. more

The workers showed up prompt and on time, were responsive both via email and phone, and overall I think I got a great value for the price paid. Adel's outfit is a one-stop-shop 6/4/2014

I am an overseas-based property owner who owns a house in Beverly Hills. I usually live between Australia and Japan. This is my first post on Yelp. Owning investment property is sometimes fraught with difficulty. More so if you are overseas. I cannot recommend Adel Rafaele of Real Property Management highly enough. When problem situations arise, Adel responds to calls and emails immediately and works tirelessly to exceed expectations. The company's in-house maintenance crew, led by Jeanette, are deserving of special mention. They are very competent, unfailingly polite, and are capable of performing miracles. Best of all, they show up on time and are completely trustworthy. In short, Adel's outfit is a one-stop-shop that can more than meet the needs of international investors like myself. If it helps, the office is multi-lingual -between them, they speak many languages including English, Spanish, Japanese, even Arabic. Keep up the great work guys! PS. This is an unsolicited post . One of the best property management companies around 5/16/2014

The maintenance department at Real Property Management West was the best. They always handled my every need, and I never had to keep calling. They are nice people working there who show they care. If you need a stress-free property management company, go to Real Property Management. I have worked with several property management companies, and this was by far the best one I have worked with. It was definitely hands-down one of the best experiences I have ever had with a property management company. When I need something, I know they will respond. more

I've been with Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley for about a year. They are very easy to communicate with, and I like that you can pay your rent online. You can also submit maintenance requests online, and I always get a response within 24 hours. They have really nice people in the office! more

Everything I could have hoped for in my search for a rental property 5/2/2014

This is my first rental experience with Real Property Management, and I haven't had any problems. I've been with them for a year and 4 months. First of all, I appreciate their automated system. It works so well for rent payment and maintenance. Secondly, I love that my landlord gives me the privacy that I ask for. I'm very busy and don't like being bothered. I'm not a problem tenant and I pay everything on time. Also, Adel is just great. He's a family man, and every time I go into his office we chat. Their office has a family atmosphere. more

Excellent experience 4/28/2014

I use Real property Management of West San Fernando Valley to manage my house. They are very good at communication and very good at collecting rent from the tenants. The operation of finding a tenant was very smooth and we like it a lot. He manages my home and they found a tenant for me. There is nobody better as they are really good. more

Adel is amazing! He is a wonderful help. You can definitely rely on him renting out your property. I have no doubts & I trust that he knows what he's doing. Plus, the girls at the office are so nice & also very helpful. Whenever I have a question I can always count on them to get back to me with an answer right away.
