This is my first experience working with Real Property Management and at first I was worried about how it was going to be. However, it has been really easy and comfortable.
Adel from the beginning was super polite and great. He even brought some of his wife's baked bread one time. He was very flexible about my move-in date and asked the owner if I could move-in 3 days prior to the date and did not add anything else to the rent.
It is very convenient to communicate with Adel. All I have to do is text him if there is any problems. I don't feel he doesn't get back to me, and I haven't had any problems with him.
I haven't interacted much with others, but basically they offered me a quick renewal. I pay on time, and I'm happy to pay my bills so that they can pay theirs; they are just really nice with me. I've only had positive experiences with them.
