I contacted Adel at Real property management after reading all good reviews in Yelp and I was very pleased from the initial meeting all the way until the selection of a very good tenant. I was on top of everything happening thru their owner portal I was even surprised to see the tenant lease uploaded in my portal the minute the lease was negotiated with the tenant. Then the process of receiving the money from the tenant and the transfer of the funds to our account was smooth and informative as every step in the process was clearly transparent. I would really recommend this company to any homeowner in search of a good property management. Let's just say I'm sleeping at night because Real Property Management has taken a big, big burden off my shoulders. They are managing our residential rentals and they have been really wonderful. I really appreciate everything they are doing for me and my brother. We started with them about six months ago, and I like their service because it has made my life stress-free. I like not having to deal with difficult tenants, and I like not having a tenant threaten me when I post a three-day notice--a real ordeal. Their price is priceless and has taken a big burden off of me. If they do any large repairs, they contact me immediately and always get things done. They are always extremely pleasant and, if there is something I don't understand, they take the time to explain it. more

This company and its employees are amazing. From day one the and the call we made and the follow up during the showing and the meeting at the office for the lease signing everything went so smooth then the move in day inspector we met with Julie she video taped the house during the move in inspection and showed us in her tablet how to submit a work order online 24/7 if anything breaks in the house. We moved in and the excellent service never stopped as their online payment made it very easy for a guy like me who travels a lot. After a year and half living with them we got out and the online ledger that was available thru our portal was our ticket to the next rental. We sure missed the online payment and the work order online now in our current house. I recommend this company to anyone as they do really care about their clients. more

Adel was able to fulfill all of our needs.\r Within less than two days we showed our house and found a renter perfect for our property. Mr. Adel has helped me out for the past two years with my rental property and he's been great with explaining everything to me. My reason for the four stars is because one of their staff members has been hard to deal with. I've explained to her that I want my documents in writing but she refuses to send me the documents by mail. I don't have email so it's hard for me to get to a computer and I just want my documents. Aside from that, I'm happy with Adel and have been satisfied with everything he's done for me. He goes above and beyond to make sure I get answers so that is why I would recommend Real Property Management. more

The people at Real Property Management are amazing and they are dealing with a change in their accounting system that is apparently extremely frustrating for them and for the homeowners. They have bent over backwards trying to work with the homeowners so it is not as frustrating. It might be better to go back to the old system and just work out the glitches, rather than spend so much time trying to unravel the whole mess with the new accounting system. If there is any way to change back, the old system was efficient. Adel spent hours with me because I am frustrated; I should be able to go in and do what I need to do. The team there is fabulous- between Adel and the rest of the team that does maintenance, they are really on the ball. They are always ready to reach for a solution, and they are always available and accessible to talk to. The issue with the accounting system is a corporate issue, but these people work so hard to make sure that clients are dealt with in an efficient and fair fashion. They should be getting kudos for dealing with the situation and coming out ahead. I would say that anyone should go to them; they are really good at what they do. They are very personable in the way the handle their clients and professional about the service they provide. I would definitely recommend Real Property Management. more

(Now I regret every minute I spent paying someone else to do half of a job) Adel is as classy as they come, always easy to get a hold of, responds to my needs immediately and cares about me. I had the experience of meeting Adel and his assistant Vanessa recently due to needing a rental agency to list and possibly manage a house I own. After talking a bit about my desires we decided to go with full management. They offered much and with such care and enthusiasm. Due to a personal reason I had to cancel my contract and was very nervous about the reaction. Well be prepared to be amazed....In this crazy world of wanting and needing these folks reacted to my situation with grace and professionalism.I don't know about most people but speaking for myself...it is refreshing to know there are people who still have ethics and kindness when doing business. You will not find a better team than Adel and Vanessa. Don't want to sound mushy but these guys renewed my faith in real estate property managers. more

Adel is one of the most integrity driven business owners I have ever met. I went to one of his open houses and the way he was equally dedicating time to all of his prospective visitors was very impressive. He is super friendly and his experience an calm demeanor is very welcoming.\r The paperwork process was direct and straight forward, his staff was 100% customer service oriented as this is all a reflection of its CEO and his work standards.
