I don't know if there's anyone as knowledgeable and caring as Adele . He has always been able to find me a tenant as soon as one moves out . He is also very concerned that it is the right tenant. Adele also goes over and beyond property management duties. He referred the best pool service company to care for my tenants pool , that was terribly abused and neglected. I can't tell you how many pool companies I went through. Whatever the problem was due to being able to rent my place Adele was there to give me the solution. I went through much Financial loss and aggravation of delinquent tenants , tenant that were good and gone bad ,trying to property manage this home on my own . I had to learn the hard way.
