I've been very pleased with Real Property Management for the many years they have managed my condo. A friend of mine has gone through a couple property managers in the last few years and he made me realize how good I have it. I really appreciate everything they've done for me. I referred him to them and he signed up, it hasn't been too long but so far he is very impressed as well. more

I'm an out of state property owner. I have been working with RPM for 1 year and I'm very happy to have them manage my properties in Chicago. My Property Manager always keep my best interest in mind when dealing with issues. She is very responsive, very organized, very knowledgeable in subject matter and very professional. She would go for the extra miles and extra hours to get the job done. I'm very grateful for the service she provided. more

I have rented a house managed by this company for two years. My initial experience was a little rocky due to occasional misunderstandings over the phone. But I am pleased to report my property manager took a keen interest in making sure his clients are happy with their service and has done everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. I will be renewing my lease for another term thanks to his effort. more

We've been working with RPM now for two years, and they are a really great company. It's never hard to get ahold of someone, they're flexible and helpful, and we've always had a positive experience with them. They go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and are consistently professional and courteous. Although we're hoping to move to a bigger place down the road, we'd love to continue working with RPM. more

My spouse and I have been renting from RPM for a while now. We have one of their 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath apts right smack downtown. When we first came to look at the place, we noticed several things were needed to be touched up or fixed but we fell in love with the place so we decided to move in anyway. When move-in day came, everything that we saw had been taken care of, 100%. They take extremely good care of their properties and great care of their tenants. We have never had a problem with them and couldn’t be happier. more

I have 2 condos that are side by side in downtown Chicago. I live in one and RPM manages the other one for me. I have been with them for about 6 months now and they are doing an amazing job. The current tenants are great and they pay there rent on time. I work quite a bit and having RPM manage this unit saves me a lot of time and money too! more

I have been with RPM for a little over a year now, They have totally made my life easier. They have always gotten in contact with me right away, whenever an issue occurred. They also have an eviction program, which is so important. I feel very safe leaving my properties in their hands. I am a happy customer. more

I have been with RPM Chicago for a few years now, I do not live in the area and they have made my life much easier by keeping up with my properties in the area. They were quick to find good tenants, which is very important when you have multiple rentals you need to fill. They take care of my needs quickly and thoroughly, I really appreciate all the hard work and highly recommend! more

I have rented two places from Real Property Management Chicago, and I have yet to have a bad experience with them. They definitely have their ways to make sure that I am ALWAYS 100% satisfied which is great because that type of service is so hard to come by nowadays. And their online payment system makes my life that much easier! They don't bother me unless they are just checking up on me and I only see them when there is a maintenance issue. It's really appreciated when someone will go out of their way to be sure their tenant is happy. more

Real Property Management Chicago is the management company for my rental in the South Loop. I just signed the lease with them a month or so ago. Immediately when I moved into the unit I had notice the heating system was not working. The heating system constantly ran all day and night, it would not shut off only 1-2 times. There was something definitely wrong. I contacted Real Property Management Chicago maintenance team and stated that they would have someone out by early morning. I wasn't going to be available so I gave them permission to enter. I was so glad when I came in because it seemed like nobody even came in but they fixed everything and I received and email right after. I like that their system is online so I don't have to waste my time. more

I was looking to put my house up on the market as a rental and signed with Real Property Mgmt to help manage my home. I have never been so impressed by the way a company handles business. They send emails explaining everything, send helpful reminders, and even give you a login for their ""portal system"". I have only been with them a few weeks and they already have a possible renter! I am so busy with work that unfortunately I wouldn't be able to have a property manager that does not perform to this level. I am so thankful to have found you guys and I hope we both have a very prosperous future together. more

I have been a tenant through Real Prop. Mgmt for a few months now and I gotta say I just love the way they handle business! When I had an issue with the kitchen sink, I just went online to the tenant portal system and filled out a maintenance request. Within an hour their guys called up and an appointment was scheduled immediately. The crew came out and not only repaired the problem quickly, but the clean up job was quite impressive as well. Their team works so well together and the fact that I can do everything online (even pay rent!!) makes my life so much easier. more

They truly care about my property and have made my life so much easier with their dedication and organized service. If there's ever an issue they call immediately, and if I have questions they respond quickly. Our PM Chicago has a great system for paying a owners electronically. We never miss a payment. They keep us informed of any work that is going on the house and home watching all. They are easy to get hold of and I appreciate that as well, real property management takes care of everything. more

Great decision! 5/15/2012

I turned over management in February after doing it myself for a while. My job took me out of Chicago so I needed a solution. They have done great and I have not received one problem call since. It is much easier on me and they were able to rent out my place and see to my current tenant as well. more

They've been great 5/1/2012

I used to live in the suburbs and my landlord kept the place in bad shape. I didn't want to deal with a private landlord anymore and my friends referred me to RPM. I've been living in a house managed by them for almost six months now and it's been great. I felt the need to post this because they are really doing a great job. They're really nice and their system is awesome. From now on I will only rent from them! more
