Real Property Management helped me find a nice place and I was able to move right in after approved. They fixed a few things noticed when we first went through and everything has been great so far. more

Today I was relieved to find out that we have rented my property in Skokie! It was for a little less than anticipated but I am just glad someone wanted to move in during the winter. They have taken care of everything and didnt charge me upfront for repairs. that helped my Christmas budget a lot, thanks! more

Great option 1/16/2012

After my husband and I had our home on the market for nearly a year and had not received very much interest we started looking at our different options. RPM was that option, they explained the benefits of being able to rent our home and placed tenants that actually take good care of our property, pay their rent on time and don't run a meth lab in the basement...lol. They helped us every step of the way through this process and now I can actually move on with my life and not constantly worry about my property, I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation. as what we were in. more

Dream place! 12/14/2011

Real Property Management found me my dream place. I just moved to the city a few months ago and was looking for a loft fully furnished, modern, in unit washer/dryer and parking. This was what I wanted and was not going to stop until I got it; believe me, it was so hard to work with most agents who never really took the time to actually listen. I finally got the RPM site(one stop shop is all I can say). Thanks RPM. more

A Great Find 10/13/2011

I have been with RPM for just over a year and they have been great with my condo building and 2 duplexes. Their management system is very convenient for me which is a huge plus; I can complete things and view transactions online and they never have to bother me with little things. They do an excellent job at keeping the properties occupied and the maintenance is inexpensive. more

I have been with RPM for the last year . I looked for and spoke to many property management places, no one was as informative as RPM. They contacted me immediately. They explained exactly what RPM does and how they could make life easier. I had several questions and they answered them all. They have an eviction program, this is very important. I am at ease when I leave Chicago, my property is in good hands. Everything about RPM is simple and online. more

Great Experiences! 9/9/2011

I have rented 2 places from these guys and both experiences have been great. Both times I have had nothing but great service and convenience throughout the process. The best part is they allow everything to be done online - paying rent with my cc gave me lots of miles!! I loved the units I chose and when there was a problem, they took care of it and I was never worried that they may refuse to do the work. I especially like Shan (manager) who really went out of his way to find me the second unit as the first one wasn't going to renew after the 2nd year. more

I had so much trouble finding a good home and had dealt with so many brokers and management companies trying to find a place. I found a great home through RPM but the price was a little high. They worked with me to find another place that was perfect and in my price range. (thanks Shan). more
