I have rented two places from Real Property Management Chicago, and I have yet to have a bad experience with them. They definitely have their ways to make sure that I am ALWAYS 100% satisfied which is great because that type of service is so hard to come by nowadays. And their online payment system makes my life that much easier! They don't bother me unless they are just checking up on me and I only see them when there is a maintenance issue. It's really appreciated when someone will go out of their way to be sure their tenant is happy.
