Positive Changes to better health and happiness\r

Having been overweight since a very serious construction accident which made it very difficult for me to walk and exercise along with recent health problems, I knew I was headed in the wrong direction and had to do something. I became aware of Positive Changes back in January of this year after seeing several of their advertisements. Seeing the success that others were having on the Positive \r
Changes program intrigued me. I have been on so many different weight loss programs over the years and I seemed to lose some weight; but I always gained the weight back and more when I stopped the diets. I always felt deprived, wanting more while being on those diets so they didn't last long and I went back to my old life style where I felt comfortable. I would always start putting the weight back on again.\r

My wife was also overweight because we shared the same lifestyle, one that was not conducive to maintaining good health. I mentioned the Positive Changes to her and had her watch a couple of the advertisements. She was also intrigued by Positive Changes so we decided to give them a call. It turns out that it was one of the best calls we have ever made.\r

We met with a representative from Positive Changes where she explained the program and how it works. It all made sense and it gave both my wife and I a ray of hope. We started the program on January 18th of 2012 and have now been doing the program for 7 months. Positive Changes is great and the people there are awesome. They really care about my wife and I succeeding with the program. They have a great support system to help people succeed. Having my wife doing the Positive Changes program along with me is great!! We are each others support partner, helping each other to succeed.\r

Positive Changes is not a diet, it is a life style change. My wife and I are not on a diet, we don't feel like we are dieting and we are having great success with the Positive Changes program. It has been the fastest and easiest way to not only lose weight, but you learn how to keep it off by changing your lifestyle. In 7 months I have lost over 70 lbs. and I feel so much better. Between my wife and I, we have lost the equivalent of one adult female (Over 125 lbs. combined). Positive Changes has been the best decision for both my wife and I. We are now headed in the right direction to better health and a rewarding life style change. My wife and I both agree that we should have taken advantage of the Positive Changes program years ago, but it is better late than never. My wife and I can't thank Positive Changes enough.
