I have been coming to Positive Changes for the last 8 months, the differences that others have seen in me is to long to mention. I have a positive attitude about everything in my life, I am able to go out in public and not feel that everyone is staring at me, my eating habits have changed, I now eat smaller portions and slower, and the best thing is that I have lost weight and I know that I will get to my ideal weight.\r

If you do everything that is mentioned in the program (which is the easiest thing that I have every done) you will succeed \r
