I'm simply amazed at how much my eating habits have changed in just 4 weeks! I'm ""wanting"" to eat vegetables, whole grains, and proteins! My craving for sweets and junk foods has disappeared!!! I was very hopeful that this program would be able to get me off my yo yo dieting treadmill and I couldn't be happier with the results so far! I have nothing but high expectations from here on out!
