The BEST pizza! 2/23/2007

Pagliacci's is my favourite pizza place *anywhere.* Why must they tempt me with their seasonal offerings? :) I love the Walla Walla sweet onion pizza they offer in the summer (I look forward to it every year!) and the asparagus primo. I even liked the salmon primo, which I wasn't expecting because I couldn't imagine fish on a pizza. Their pasta salads are great too, and the gellato is a wonderful desert. Now, I must start counting down the days until Walla Walla sweet onion season! more

Really good pizza 5/9/2006

A friend told me about Pagliacci the other day and insisted that it was the best in the Seattle area. I had never tried it but recently had the opportunity to try it when we had it delivered to our work place. She was right! This pizza is great - they feature many gourmet choices as well as the old standards. The flavor of the sauce was good and most importantly, the crust was crispy! more

Taught this vegetarian to like salad. 5/7/2006

Though my whole family loves their pizza, the most amazing thing to me is that Pagliacci taught me to like salad—and, ever since watching them prepare it in their U-District branch, I’ve made mine the same way. (The trick is mixing in the dressing with your bare hands.) The only one in my family who isn’t crazy for their food is my cousin, who delivered for them for several years—but that’s more from getting sick of them than from learning anything sinister about preparation methods. Highly recommended. more

Delicious pizza - best delivery in Seattle 3/30/2006

This place has the best pizzas! They are also really good at using seasonal ingredients. For instance, their seasonal mushroom pizza is outstanding! Also, if you fill out and send in the comment cards, they will send you coupons in the mail. This is definitely the only place I order pizza from, though now that Tutta Bellas is in Wallingford, I think I'll be using them as well since they are also delicious! Yummy thin crust pizza without too much sauce! My favorite. I would have put 5 stars, if not for the fact that Pagliacci's is awfully expensive. It makes ordering pizza as expensive as going out to dinner somewhere. more

I was skeptical at first 1/6/2006

Coming from Chicago, I consider myself kind of a pizza connoisseur (if thats not a total oxymoron), but I have grown to enjoy their pizza and salads as some of the best in Seattle. The delivery drivers are always prompt and courteous and they know where/who you are if you call using the same phone number. They make the process pretty painless overall, and I continue to go back to them when I want delivered pizza. more

They deliver too... 12/25/2005

Completing the troika of pizza reviews, here's a good place that is reliable and most important is great for taking home. While we've tried many flavors I have to say that the chesse pizza to me remains the best. I actually like their pizza quite a bit hotter, so when we take it home, there is nothing like five minutes in a 400 degree oven to get the cheese really melted. more

Could be better 11/24/2005

We ordered 11" half brooklyn bridge and half salami pizza from delivery. The pizza was ready in 20 minutes. The topping was smaller than we expected. The pizza crust was thin. We wish it had a little more sauce and toppings though. more

really good pizza 9/5/2005

Pagliacci would get 4 stars from me, except that they're really expensive for what you get. Don't get me wrong, their pizzas are really good. If I had a ton of cash laying around, every pizza I'd order would be from Pagliacci! My favorites change all the time because they're always coming up with different pizzas. If it has artichokes, goat cheese, or peperoni I'll probably enjoy it! more

A little too much hype 8/31/2005

When I first moved up here, everyone was like, "Oh, eat at Pagliacci's, it's the best pizza ever!" I have found that it is alright, definetely not the best! The pizza can be kind of old especially when you order by the slice. I did, however, like the salads. They do not have that much of a variety, but what they do have is pretty decent. For great pizza, I do not think you can ever go wrong with California Pizza Kitchen! more

Get this Pizza! 8/26/2005

This is by far the best gourmet pizza you can get delivered to your door. Check out their Primo pies. Get the AGOG. Seriously. This pizza is flavor packed with caramelized garlic, fontina and mozzarella cheese, goat cheese and more! They also showcase fresh seasonal ingredients each month with a special primo pizza. Get it! You won't be disappointed. more

It's not NYC, but you get used to it... 3/17/2005

I agree, the thought of really crisp, grease on the top, cracking the slice so that the grease can run out the back. The mozzarella so hot it can burn you. Great memories. The most reasonable fascimile We've found is that you get Pagliacci's cheese pizza, take it home, crank the oven to 400 degrees and put it in there. Gets the crust better really firm. Still not greasey enough though :_) more
