Great Service 2/27/2016

If you want a knowledgeable technician that takes great pride in his work ask for Rich at One Hour Heating and Air. He always explains what he has done after my maintenance and shows me before and after pictures of my system. I always enter the heating and cooling seasons with peace of mind after his visit. more

The great news is that Eric is professional and courteous to a fault and explained the bad news that we have to have a duct cleaning and additional $1700+ worth of work done very well. Eric did everything he could to soften the blow, but it was a little surprising since your company replaced our entire HVAC only 2 years ago. Eric is the most thorough and professional techs you have sent for a check up. It did seem that after heavy questioning from my wife that on the tech side there are varying levels of training. She will most likely call the owner. more

Consistently positive 2/15/2016

One Hour helped nurse our old heat pump for years then installed a new one. They've always been upfront about costs, options and timelines, and have always honored warranties and their work. And they're fast. more
