thorough and professional 9/2/2016

We were having problems with our older AC unit and the first technician who came installed a new condensation pump. Within two days, the AC stopped working again. Eric came and did a more thorough investigation, discovering that the line removing the water from the pump was kinked. The next day, he fixed that and reconstructed a portion of the PVC connection, and the unit seems to be working fine now. Everyone was very nice and professional, though I wish it had not taken three visits to get our AC fixed. more

Excellent Customer Service - Very Patient!!!! 8/26/2016

Rob and Kyle were a great team! They took the time to speak to the whole family and address specific needs with enthusiasm. Rob especially took the time to speak to the children, and meet each one. The repair work was quick too, and they were kind enough to be patient as we worked out the payment details, working the whole time while we were deciding our best approach. I appreciate how they took the time to make suggestions on PM service and provide details on how to schedule. These guys are a great asset to the organization, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. more

ONE HOUR HVAC System Maintenance 8/19/2016

One Hour AC and Heating's Jason E performed annual system maintenance on our HVAC system. He was polite, professional, and a quick worker. This was his second time doing seasonal maintenance. The second experience was equally as good as the first. I am pleased with his performance. more

Rob and Kyle were very professional. They thoroughly checked out the system. I am leasing this townhouse and have to depend upon my agent to order repairs such as this. Superior Service 8/12/2016

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was great. Jim has been super helpful and professional. They have been to my house on more than one occasion and got the job done. I called on Tuesday and in less than 24 hours I had a new unit and air for my family. I would recommend this company and Jim to assist anyone with heating and air conditioning needs. more

Rich just finished my annual ac check up. He did a very thorough job, just like all the people one hour has sent out. I will be recommending to my friends to have one hour check out their systems before turning on their ac, to ensure everything is working properly and to avoid possible breakdown on a hot summer day. more
