One hour had a technician at my house within 5 hours of me calling. Rich called to let me know he was on his way 30 minutes in advance. He diagnosed, explained and fixed the problem within an hour of him being here. Great experience. more

rich came out within a few hours of me calling one hour. he had my air up and running quickly and went over entire system in order to give me an idea of the overall condition. i signed up for their maintenance plan and requested that he be the one to service my system in the future. best experience i have had with an HVAC company. more

New Trane a/c install 12/6/2016

Lenn D and Wayne R did an install today at our residence. They had to put a new system in the attic. Not only was that challenging but it rained all day. I never heard them complain and always had a smile. They cleaned up after themselves and never stopped from the time they got here until they left. They did a great job and we are very pleased. more

Always a good experience 11/19/2016

I've been using One Hour for the past 6 years and have always had a pleasant tech experience. My heat went out overnight and I had a tech at my door within 2yrs. Everything was under warranty. Very satisfied. Worked with Rob and Dauhlton. Thanks! more

The service response time was incredible (30 minutes after I hung up the phone). Their service technician (Chris C.) was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He identified the issue quickly and fixed the problem within 10mins. I have dealt with a lot of technicians in my lifetime who would make a small issue into a mountain. Chris was very trustworthy and I'm very appreciative. I will definitely stay with One Hour Heating & Air for all future service regarding my system. more
