Good & Timely Service, but pricing is excessive. 8/15/2018

Bob D did a good job repairing our AC unit & came in a very timely manner on a Sunday. He did not have the part on the truck to make the repair, but came back on Monday & completed the repair. Overall would rate his performance well. But this Company's prices are really high. After researching the repair cost after my repair, I realized I had paid too much (like twice as much). In fairness, they gave me the price prior to making the repair & I was desperate for AC & approved the cost. I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction with the value rec'd. They were not receptive to the feedback at all. I just would not use this Company again because of the high cost, everything else was satisfactory. more

Our experience with One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating of Charlotte has always been exceptional. Once again they have provided us with a service professional Travis W. who was extremely helpful, well informed and delightful to work with. He conducted all of the tasks required on our AC units and then some. Resolved our problem instantly and in a very clean and professional manner. I will certainly request Travis for our future work to service our new Maintenance plan. Thanks for the good job Travis. more

Air conditioning fix 7/17/2018

Jacob D was at our house till almost 11:30pm on a Sunday night and it was hot! He got it all taken care of and was friendly the entire time. For it being late on a Sunday the bill was still reasonable!! Thank you. more

Excellent service, pleasant young man. Checked heat pump and air conditioner. Replaced uv light after confirming with me and checking price. Even ran after and retrieved a beagle that escaped. Very nice and personable as well as professional. more

Late Evening Service 7/5/2018

Called One Hour Heating and Air this afternoon when I came home as my AC was not working. They were able to set me up with an after hours evening appointment and Jake Brown did a great job fixing my unit. Great communication with him as well as dispatch, quick diagnosis and quick fix of my problem. He had my AC working within 45 minutes and was pleasant to chat with while we filled out paperwork. AC General maintenance 6/25/2018

Chris B. was knowledgable,friendly and took care to do a thorough job cleaning the fan and the evaporator coils. Absolutely no complaints with Chris but company rates are pricey---186.00 for evap. coil cleaning alone not including my yearly dues. more

So it started on Sunday my aircon went out.I called one hour and they came out and fixed the motor on my unit.All was well I thought but when I returned Monday it was a little toasty once again. But never fear Mitch is here.He was very courteous and professional.He arrived on time, which was critical as I had a course I needed to be at .He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour at no extra charge.Thanks Mitch you did a great job.So as promised it was still good on my return this evening so thank you.Next time I should ask for Mitch. more
