Regularly scheduled bi-annual service 5/30/2017

James Craft did a great, thorough job when completing my regularly scheduled service as part of my maintenance program. James even opened up the damper to my wife's office register. Two previous companies suggested I access the duct work through the bedroom above her office to diagnose the problem. James simply identified the appropriate duct and investigated the attic to find that the damper hadn't been appropriately set. James spent three hours here and made appropriate recommendations to further the life of my systems. Well done James! more

Review for service 5/24/2017

I scheduled an appointment with One Hour Air Conditioning on May 24th and Kris H. Came out within the same day to repair my air-conditioner. Kris was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant and I would definitely refer him to any of my family or friends. I will definitely use this company again and request Kris back as well. He deserves a 5 star rating!!! more
