So greatful for these guys! My air went out. I have had a service contract with a larger local co. for 10 yrs. so they came out and quoted an insane price. A friend recommended 1 hr. & they quoted 1/2 less. Travi's W. did the repairs. He was very nice, knowledgeable & cleaned up after himself. more

Travis was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure getting the quality of service from him and One Hour Air Heating and Air. I have been using them for my heating and a/c tune ups for years. I will continue using them for both. I recommend that you consider using them as well. more

Review for HVAC service 1/20/2018

This is a review for a recent service that was performed on my HVAC units by Andrew F from One Hour in Charlotte, NC He was very polite both on the phone and in person. He listened to the issues that I was experiencing and did a very professional job to address them. He even recommended optional upgrades/services that no other technician had offered before. During one of the units being serviced, he encountered a situation where one of his cleaning tools broke which caused an additional repair that he accepted full responsibility. That repair was performed on the spot without any hesitation and additional cost to me. Andrew seemed very knowledgeable and exoerienced and was very willing to share that. It is good to know that One Hour in Charlotte, NC continues to provide quality service technicians to support their customers. more
