The service response time was incredible (30 minutes after I hung up the phone). Their service technician (Chris C.) was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He identified the issue quickly and fixed the problem within 10mins. I have dealt with a lot of technicians in my lifetime who would make a small issue into a mountain. Chris was very trustworthy and I'm very appreciative. I will definitely stay with One Hour Heating & Air for all future service regarding my system.
