James Craft did a great, thorough job when completing my regularly scheduled service as part of my maintenance program. James even opened up the damper to my wife's office register. Two previous companies suggested I access the duct work through the bedroom above her office to diagnose the problem. James simply identified the appropriate duct and investigated the attic to find that the damper hadn't been appropriately set. James spent three hours here and made appropriate recommendations to further the life of my systems. Well done James!
