This is a review for a recent service that was performed on my HVAC units by Andrew F from One Hour in Charlotte, NC He was very polite both on the phone and in person. He listened to the issues that I was experiencing and did a very professional job to address them. He even recommended optional upgrades/services that no other technician had offered before. During one of the units being serviced, he encountered a situation where one of his cleaning tools broke which caused an additional repair that he accepted full responsibility. That repair was performed on the spot without any hesitation and additional cost to me. Andrew seemed very knowledgeable and exoerienced and was very willing to share that. It is good to know that One Hour in Charlotte, NC continues to provide quality service technicians to support their customers.
