Called One Hour Heating and Air this afternoon when I came home as my AC was not working. They were able to set me up with an after hours evening appointment and Jake Brown did a great job fixing my unit. Great communication with him as well as dispatch, quick diagnosis and quick fix of my problem. He had my AC working within 45 minutes and was pleasant to chat with while we filled out paperwork. Great job Jake and team.
