THE BEST IN CHARLOTTE 6/6/2019

I just wanted to recognize a young technician who works for ONE HOUR heating and cooling. JON S did a superior job servicing my HVAC units. He noticed a few defaults that needed to be addressed and of course we went ahead and got it taken care of after mr Jon explained how important filters are for my HVAC system. We've never had anyone from any company (including our previous company Morris Jenkins) teach us about our unit the way he did. We highly recommend Jon to ANYONE who needs work or an inspection done on their heating or ac . We were new to ONE HOUR when jon came out for our first visit... (After Morris Jenkins misdiagnosed an issue with out ac unit) we called one hour and they sent Jon out for the save . We are now ONE HOUR customers for LIFE! Thanks for taking care of us ! more

Maintenance 1/7/2019

Very customer friendly, informative, thorough review, checked unit, changed filter, checked hot water heater, provided lots of info on that, have had contract with this company for years, if they can’t fix it, they always get another service manager right out there to fix it.... love these guys! more

One Hour Heating-Gabe Dees 1/3/2019

Came out today for a follow up inspection and adjustment of our heat pumps. He is a thorough and polite individual who explained in detail what he did and what else can be done. We were pleased with his work and the device we purchased from One Hour. It was expensive but with two follow up so far, I think it was money well spent. more

Heating out! 12/10/2018

This review is 2 fold. I came home to my heat out due to a power outage. I called One Hour heating and Air and was told they would come out the same day. This was important because there was impending weather issues coming over the weekend. Unfortunately, despite the name of the company they arrived six (6) hours later...literally it was after midnight!!! Nevertheless, Andy Dennis arrived and saved the day. He came and fixed my heat and then came back the next day to install a filter. He is amazing! more

Seasonal Maintenance on Furnaces 11/30/2018

Gabe D came out to perform the annual service on my furnaces. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He mentioned that he smelled a slight gas odor in the basement that I could not smell. He found the leak and sealed the connection. I will always use One Hour Heating and Air - Charlotte NC for all my HVAC needs. They are really a great company. more

Gabe was a breath of fresh air, he did a heat tune up for me on 2 units, took his times, checked everything, let me know what he was doing and the outcome of each test he performed. He was thorough and provided me exceptional service. His 26 yrs of experience were showcased and he was all about the customer, asking me how things were running, did I notice any issues, etc. By far the best tech I've had from One Hour! more

Great Customer Service & Great Service Techs 11/8/2018

Been doing business with One Hour for 5 years. Always great service & always on time. They've installed our upper & lower HVAC units, performed plumbing & electrical work at the house, and I have never had any complaints. Their service programs are excellent. We would not think of calling any other company. more

Outstanding Customer Service 10/30/2018

Travis and Liam provided us with outstanding customer service. Travis called 40 minutes prior to arrival to tell us he was on his way to and to confirm our reason for needing service. He and LIam arrive right on time. They were both extremely professional and informed. They explained the work they were going to do and then they gave us their findings and recommendations with no pressure to make any repairs or corrections. Again we were very pleased with the service and the expertise they provided and based on this experience will most likely renew our service contract with One Hour for the next year. Job Well done guys! more

Kyle is an asset to your company 10/26/2018

After much confusion getting a service call scheduled, I was pleasantly surprised when a young man named Kyle showed up. He was extremely respectful and thorough. He checked my heating system out thoroughly and assured me all was well. I feel confident that we are worry free for the winter season. Kyle is an asset to your company and you should feel proud to have an employee that takes such pride in his work. more
