This is a wonderful dealership... Comfortable waiting area. The coffee and cookies.. FRIENDLY staff. The Fire place.. Newspaper to read.. Doggie treats.. They really have thought of all the extra's.. Only thing I would love to see is some Salsa lessons while I wait.. LOL.. Just kidding... Thank you Michael's... more

Excellent service 1/8/2017

On this last visit, my service writer and technician solved a problem with my keyless entry that I have had for quite awhile. I was told in the past that it was not the remote but a part in the vehicle that would cost $700-$800. Since my car is old, I couldn't justify that kind of money. I have arthritis and it has been difficult without the opener. Josh, the service writer, said that that didn't sound right to him and he followed through. The technician (I don't know his name) fixed my problem. I told Josh that was my best Christmas present!!! 4700- more

Great service. Made appointment on-line, (once I figured out how to operate their site -- needs work), and it was like they were waiting for me as I drove through the door. Work done when promised and done right the first time. Told me about my car and DIDN'T try to up-sell me on other products. more

Buying a used Venza at Michael's 1/6/2017

I went to Michael's knowing pretty much what I wanted. The salesman showed me the cars I had chosen on-line, I picked one, test drove it, and bought it. The price was reasonable, the negotiations were reasonable. All-in-all it was one of my best car buying experiences. more
