Quick service 1/21/2017

It is very comfortable waiting there for your car. It's nice to have a cookie and a cup of coffee while you wait. I was told it would take about 45 minutes and it was 30. more

Great experience 1/20/2017

My appointment was on time and they were fast on servicing my vehicle. There is a kid area with toys and movies to make the family experience better. They also have free water, coffee and hot cookies for the kids. We make it a family outing instead of me going there by myself. Make a big difference and allot more enjoyable. more

Service agents could come to your car quicker. Even if it's just to say they will be with you shortly and then actually stand behind your words. Once the service starts they take great car of you. more

Staff and customer waiting area 1/19/2017

Eveeyone I interacted with was competent and friendly. The customer waiting area was relaxing and comfortable. Only 4 stars because my headlights were turned off by Michaels. I'm used to the auto position and drove quite a bit in the dark without lights before I realized why I was being honked at and yelled at. Helpful to have any changed settings returned to same as they were when arriving for service. more

Excellent Job, Replacing Tires and Alignment 1/19/2017

Kelly did a fantastic job of overseeing the process and keeping me informed. I also learned from her that I could bring my "new" 2006 Lexus RX 330 in for all of its servicing. A special "Thank You" to Martin Marinov, who not only sold me the vehicle; but, showed up at my home to fix the tire problem and then arranged for the service. more
