On this last visit, my service writer and technician solved a problem with my keyless entry that I have had for quite awhile. I was told in the past that it was not the remote but a part in the vehicle that would cost $700-$800. Since my car is old, I couldn't justify that kind of money. I have arthritis and it has been difficult without the opener. Josh, the service writer, said that that didn't sound right to him and he followed through. The technician (I don't know his name) fixed my problem. I told Josh that was my best Christmas present!!!
