Michael's Toyota of Bellevue

Any time we go to Michaels we are treated like one of the family. Everyone is so friendly. The way they move you through the shop is thorough and efficient from the greeters who paged our advisor to the valets who return them. The day we came in, there had been a power outage. Most businesses would have panicked but everyone here was relaxed and still took care of business. Our appointment was after power came back on and they took care of me in a very timely fashion. more

A few years ago I made a connection with a service advisor, Gus Reynoso, at Michaels. Gus had outlined the service needed or that visit and estimated the time it would take to do the work. He was exactly right on the time and the estimated cost. Since that time I have always asked for Gus by name when I take my Tacoma or my Prius in for service. Gus knows my name, greets me with a smile, and AWAYS does a terrific job. I trust him to be fair and accurate in managing the service of my vehicles. And everyone else there does a super job, from the prompt, friendly welcome of the greeters, to the mechanics who do the work. They all do a great job. more

Kevin Ahrens and Marrilee walked extra mile to provide outstanding services when I came for a tire change and alignment. Kevin was very patient to explain the details and recommended one of the top brands with great matching price. At the last minute, at the moment of signing the paper, I changed my mind and asked if he could fine another brand with even lower price. He went through the price matching process again and gave a great comparison between the two brands. I was so impressed by his positive attitude and patience. He found the best deal for me. Now my car is running on the 4 new reliable tires in this raining season. They make the ride much steadier and smoother than before! I was supposed to call Marrilee for the courtesy ride back to Michael's Toyota to pick up my car. She didn't know I needed a ride. I totally forgot to call her. But I guess either Kevin or the morning driver told her about my needing a ride and she called me at 6pm as a reminder while I was in downtown Seattle working. I was so glad she called. But I didn't think I could make it back to the pick up location by 6:30pm, the time the courtesy ride service ended. But, she was willing to wait for me and picked me up at 6:40! What a great customer service! more

The service staff made a great effort to take care of any of my problems and concerns. I feel really confident to have my car serviced there. more

My last appointment at Michael's to change my oil and check my noisy engine went very smoothly. The shuttle (as always) was very convenient and the driver was wonderful! My only concern was that I usually get my car back with the front vacuumed, but they didn't offer it this time. The rest of the tune up went great! Thanks so much! more

Had a great experience with the accesories department Scott G answered my numerous questions and got me a great deal on my parts. Love Michaels being dog friendly as I bring my dogs to all my car work appts and that the service dept is open 7 days a week. more
