Amazing Service and no hard sale 10/18/2016

I bought a 2016 RAV4 SE from here. The best part of dealing here was they do not hard sell the vehicle. The deals they give are also very competitive and also better if compared with other dealers. The VIP program is something unique to this dealership. I would surely recommend this place if you are going for Toyota as your brand. more

Transmission problem resolved 10/16/2016

2012 Highlander had transmission whine, was replaced and corrected by Michaels efficiently. Service advisor Kelly was pleasant, and helpful. more

Dependable work!!! 10/15/2016

I never have to worry when I take my Avalon to Michael's Toyota of Bellevue. I feel that I get the best service and I am not going to have to worry about my car being dependable once I leave. Being a single female, dependability of my vehicle is a MUST. Thank you for that!!! more

Michael's has the best selection in the area. It was hard to choose which SUV to buy - so many great options. Erik Kyger stuck with us for hours, answering questions, test driving, repeat test driving, etc. Erik made the experience enjoyable. When push came to shove, his thoughtful advice helped me make my choice and it was clearly the right one. I love my new Highlander! more

Everything about this place was great, service was fast, have me a discount that i didnt know was going on, customer service was fantastic. Only thing I didn't like is shuttle service was slow and made me late to work. Outside of that 5/5 stars more
