Oil Consumption engine repair 1/11/2017

My RAV4 failed the oil consumption test and despite being 10 years old and 142K miles, Toyota did extensive repairs on my vehicle for FREE! The work is perfect, my RAV4 runs GREAT!!! more

Great Service; Best Advisor 1/10/2017

I came in for service on my Audi knowing it was a unique situation being at Toyota. The Greeters were great, noticing me right away and notifying my Service Advisor. My Service Advisor was Michael Murdock and he greeted me with promptness and professionalism. We discussed my oil service and pricing, and told me it would be roughly 1 hour. He called me stating my car was done early and ushered me over to his desk. He was very thorough with explaining my car's current condition and necessary future repairs. Michael's Toyota continues to strive to be the best and my advisor Michael exemplified just that. more
