I know I wanted to start off the summer w/ a new color and cut & after reading the reviews, I decided to go ahead and take a chance by going to Marbella. Rosie did my beautiful color and knew exactly what would look good on me. She even showed me a pic to see if it was something I would like. Eduardo did a great job w/ my haircut. I was a little nervous at first b/c I had pretty long hair, but he gave me a cut that fit my face. It feels fresh and different. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I ended up going out that same night and friends had to do a double take b/c they didn't even recognize me at first! Marbella is definitely my new place for getting my hair done! more

There is a reason that the reviews on here are so positive-Eduardo is fantastic!! I was nervous when I first moved to Houston, wondering how I would figure out who was good out of so many stylists. Luckily, some acquaintances recommended Eduardo and I have been going ever since. Very high end cuts, and Eduardo always seems to know what will work depending on one's hair. He also stocks great products which I have been hooked on since beginning to use them. They are open relatively late, which is great for people on the go like I often am. Very personal service, and everyone who works there works hard to get to know all of the clientele, even first-timers. All in all, top notch styling and service at prices that won't hurt your wallet too badly! more

Marbella's is a fabulous hair salon! Eduardo is a master of his trade...and is a perfect hair stylist!! Rosie does GREAT color jobs! I'll tell you, I was a little nervous moving from the Dallas area to Houston and trying to find a good hair dresser...but Marbella's has made me a customer for life! I highly recommend to anyone to go visit Marbella's for hair cuts, color, and massages!!! Eduardo and Rosie...I've only been to Marbella's twice...but I love you guys!!! Pros: Eduardo and Rosie! I have been to Marbella at least 5 times now and they have never let me down. The service is always superb and my hair just keeps getting better and better. I call Sophia my 'Hair Goddess' because her talent far exceeds anyone I have ever been to. There isn't a day that goes by that someone, somewhere doesn't tell me how much they love my color. Then there is Eduardo. The first time I went to him, I had him cut roughly 4 inches off of my hair....it was beautiful. Well, I just went in and a hairstyle that I had wanted for probably 15 years now, I finally got. I have tried to get other salons and other stylists to do this particular style, to only just get very frustrated because no one knew what they were doing and I would leave in tears...so I gave up on it. After going to Eduardo for awhile now, and knowing that I could trust him, I had him attempt it. IT IS AWESOME!!! My hair has NEVER looked this good and it takes me no time to do it. It is exactly what I have always wanted but thought that my hair would never do it. With Sophia's creativity and Eduardo's talent, you can never go wrong. Marbella's a fantastic salon. From the moment of contact they were friendly and professional. I had not had a haircut in over 5 years and I have very long thick hair. They gave me an appointment within days and booked enough time to where the stylist was not rushed. Loni spent time with me to put me at ease and discuss what she would do ahead of time, she really listened to what I wanted. She gave me beautiful highlights and a stylish lighter cut while still leaving my hair long. I walked out feeling 10 years younger and like a million bucks! I won't go anywhere but to Marbella and recommend them to everyone. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and by the looks of everyone I saw going in and out (I was there almost 6 hours) talented. Sophie does beautiful nails and does everything by hand also. more

First I had my hair colored by Loni and loved it. It still looks great even a month later. I went back to get my hair cut, and I'm very, very satisfied with the results. Loni listened to what I wanted and gave me a modern, easily manageable haircut. The prices are also reasonable. Pros: friendly staff, intuitive service, good parking more

I love Marbella! Rosie & Eduardo are masters at their craft. Rosie does really beautiful highlights. Eduardo is a pro at cuts and styles . Everyone is friendly. The prices are reasonable. The salon is attractive and clean. Their weekday evening hours are very accommodating. What more could you ask for? Pros: Great Cut, Style, Highlights, Ambience, Hours more

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere smart and comfortable. Edward made himself available for my last minute appointment. The best of my experience at Marbella, though, was getting my hair cut. Edward's talent and experience are obvious, but it goes beyond that: I enjoyed getting my haircut just to watch him work. He's intuitive and smart and understands what you're trying to communicate, even for a first-time visitor. I absolutely love my haircut and am looking forward to a long-term relationship with my new hair stylist. Patrice Charleville. more

Not only did this salon squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, they gave me Loni who was fantastic! Since i was in town on business, i needed a taxi to take me back to the Hilton once my appointment was over. When he showed up and then left without me, the owner drove me back in his car in the pouring down rain. It was well above and beyond their duty to help me get back to my hotel, but they gladly offered which made the experience that much more personal. I'd highly recommend this salon. more

I was asked set up a surprise spa day at the last minute, and in no time, Eduardo moved heaven-and-earth to make it happen. Unfortunately, the person wasn't able to make the appointment but the staff was sooooo nice and forgiving of how unpredictable surprises can be. They even offered to reschedule an ultimate experience for the upcoming weekend! Eduardo cut my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted it. I have never recieved this many compliments on my as I did this time! He did a brilliant job! Such a great experience - Will definitely go back. My only regret is that I wish I had found out sooner about this place! When they say personalized service, they mean it. Eduardo took about an hour to cut and style my hair - and he also explained how to get the same results if i blow-dry my hair myself. Pros: everything Cons: nothing more

I had a wonderful experience at Marbella. The service was exceptional - I was served a drink while getting my hair done. Shyla did my hair and she did a wonderful job. I gave her very vague instructions on what I was looking for and she managed to give me exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, my updo held up through an afternoon wedding and a holiday party later that night. Very recommended! more

I picked Marbella because of the good reviews and because the salon decor seemed welcoming and harmonious. What a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and Eduardo went out of his way to make me feel special. I got a fabulous cut from Trang, which even I can style, and the ladies at the counter took super care of my fiance while he waited for me. He loved their tea so much he spent the next couple of days trying to recreate it (he's a tea junkie), so I called the salon on his birthday to see if I could buy some for him. Eduardo had me come right over and fixed me up a baggie of tea for my fiance, even though the salon was closed. Even better than the fantastic haircut (which I absolutely love - my hair looks gorgeous!), was the personal, friendly and just plain kind service. Much, much more than I expected! Count me in as a loyal customer! more

Marbella is a great neighborhood salon with a spa-like feel. They know how to offer attentive personal service at affordable prices. They'll listen to what you want to do with your cut or style. Unlike some places that end up doing what they want, regardless of what you tell them. I've been going to Marbella for almost 4 years now. The owners, Rosie and Eduardo have become like friends. I went to Marbella Salon to get my legs waxed and bikini (not brazilian just regular). After reading the reviews, I was convinced that I found the perfect spot. I checked the prices in their website and I thought there were reasonable. The waxing lady was fast and professional, although I got a little nervous when she didn't change the towel on the table (where I had to lie down), and I could see the stains. When I paid, the price was higher than what I expected, but I didn't say anything thinking that I was wrong. When I got home I checked their website again and I saw that what they charged me didnt match with the prices indicated. I went back the following day to see if it was a mistake, and they told me no, and when I said that the prices in the website were different, they said they would call me. They finally called me, and everything was sorted out. more

I have been going to Marbella for about 2 years, and noone will change my mind. I usually go for waxing, and to say the least, I keep going back. I was given a gift card to another spa, so I decided to try their waxing service, and let's just say, I thought the only thing sanitary about the other spa was me. I recently went to Marbella, and Loni gave me the most beautiful, natural looking extensions. I LOVE them, and so does everyone else. I was very nervous going into this process because I had seen some horrible extensions that friends had gotten done before by other stylists, but during my consultation Loni made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I was going to love them. And she exceeded my expectations, I had no idea how much I would love them. The color is a perfect match and all my friends are jealous. If you are looking for new, long beautiful hair, you have to go see Loni, she's amazing!!!! Pros: atmosphere, very friendly staff more
