Overall, the haircuts, color, and blowouts are generally good and almost worth the money. However, I think that the customer service could REALLY be improved, especially for the costs that are charged. From reading the other reviews, I am not the only one who feels this way. Some of the people that work there are very friendly- Rosie, Vanessa, Trang, and Katie come to mind. There is also a new older woman that works there who is very attentive. BUT, I think that the others are quite rude, esp. when something goes wrong, which is when it counts for me. Something went wrong with my appointment and I didn't even get an apology from reception- the two people sitting behind the desk just kept shooting looks at each other (and rolling thier eyes) if I asked a question about how the problem would be fixed. I WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE!!! I eventually got a half-assed ""sorry"" and an attempted excuse. Definitely not genuine. Only the woman who shampooed my hair seemed to actually feel apologetic, and it was not remotely her fault. I have to say, for the amount of money I spend at the salon I am always frustrated by the attitude of the staff (particularly those at reception). How hard is it to follow the ""customer is always right"" maxim, especially when they are! Bottom line, please don't make me feel stupid or like I am wasting YOUR time when I am paying for your services. And when there is a mess-up that is the salon's fault, please take responsibility, because a bad attitude from the workers makes a frustrating situation even worse!
