I was asked set up a surprise spa day at the last minute, and in no time, Eduardo moved heaven-and-earth to make it happen. Unfortunately, the person wasn't able to make the appointment but the staff was sooooo nice and forgiving of how unpredictable surprises can be. They even offered to reschedule an ultimate experience for the upcoming weekend! It's always a pleasure to know that a highly rated business/service truly lives up to (and in this case) surpasses all expectation.
