I picked Marbella because of the good reviews and because the salon decor seemed welcoming and harmonious. What a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and Eduardo went out of his way to make me feel special. I got a fabulous cut from Trang, which even I can style, and the ladies at the counter took super care of my fiance while he waited for me. He loved their tea so much he spent the next couple of days trying to recreate it (he's a tea junkie), so I called the salon on his birthday to see if I could buy some for him. Eduardo had me come right over and fixed me up a baggie of tea for my fiance, even though the salon was closed. Even better than the fantastic haircut (which I absolutely love - my hair looks gorgeous!), was the personal, friendly and just plain kind service. Much, much more than I expected! Count me in as a loyal customer!
