I've lived in a property managed by K&B for about 4 years, and I have found them to be responsive and helpful. I would say the most positive thing is that when the unit upstairs went vacant, they really took the time to get someone who wouldn't be a noise problem for us. Very different from my last place, who rented the unit next store to a couple of ""DJ's"" who would stay up all night doing something with ""tracks."" more

K & B management took over the property I have lived at now four years. Paul is wonderful. He is fair and treats people with respect. Paul is an educated and fair man and will treat you with respect and dignity from the gate - when work request are put in, they are dealt with in an extremely timely fashion. - we have never had anything but a great relationship with Paul and K & B.\r It is a good company - fair and goes beyond the call of duty to try to help people not only keep their places but make sure they are taken care of as well. more

I don't know what these people are talking about. I've lived in two different apartments K&B has managed over the last ten years and never had a negative experience. The buildings are well maintained and they fix things quickly. Even when I was going through a hard time financially they were willing to work with me. I would have been homeless if not for them. more

I have been living in an apartment they manage for four years, and am moving to another apartment also managed by K & B. Over the years I've had the ""regular"" problems, such as plumbing leaks or loose screens. ""Medium"" troubles - carpet worn-through in the hallway, bathroom floor mildewed, and BIG ones, over which they have no control, like being robbed. They have always responded in a way that made my family feel personally cared for, especially during tough times.\r \r K & B has been quick to address any difficulty - fixing leaks, replacing floors and carpet, offering alternative living spaces after the robbery, and do so with quality work and communication, to boot.\r \r We are most happy where we are, with their management, and would recommend them to any and all! more

I just moved to Los Angeles and rented an apartment with this company. I was nervous about finding a place before I talked to their rental agent. He returned my phone call the same day and had many listings to choose from. The application process was a breeze and I found a great place in the perfect location. I've already recommended K&B to others and will continue to do so. more

Ive been renting from this company for about 5 years and in 2 different buildings, they have always been fast to repair or address any issue or concern I have had from water pressure(repiping), bathroom issues, plumbing, garbage disposal, everything ive asked for had been handled.....No complaints and would rent from them again in the future, and have referred a few friends... more

K & B has been truly WONDERFUL to us!! We have lived in one of their buildings for the past 7 years. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say. When we needed a new heater they were very quick to replace one. There was the time when our A/C went down and they were there the very next day. When we welcomed our new baby into our family they were the one's who offered to help in anyway they could. The only reason we are moving is because I got an amazing job offer in my hometown of Washington State. Otherwise we would stay right here! Thank you K & B for being a first class Management company!!!! more
