I have been living in an apartment they manage for four years, and am moving to another apartment also managed by K & B. Over the years I've had the ""regular"" problems, such as plumbing leaks or loose screens. ""Medium"" troubles - carpet worn-through in the hallway, bathroom floor mildewed, and BIG ones, over which they have no control, like being robbed. They have always responded in a way that made my family feel personally cared for, especially during tough times.\r

K & B has been quick to address any difficulty - fixing leaks, replacing floors and carpet, offering alternative living spaces after the robbery, and do so with quality work and communication, to boot.\r
