I was charged over $1500.00 to replace a AC compressor, I toke the receipt to the Acura Dealership and got a better price, I also got a quote for $600 less from Brian Massey after...

Quick and painless 2/3/2012

Costs for replacing the front end brakes was fair. Good experience. Will recommend to friends. more

Great Shop. 1/27/2012

These guys were very helpful. They gave me an estimate quickly, performed the work the same day, and picked me up to get my car back. They were honest, and charged a very reasonable rate for a fairly complex problem. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They also do any manufacturer, not just honda. more

I chose Honda Haven because of the my inital phone call to them. I first called a dealer, and their price was a little lower but the person was unknowlegable, barely interested in my business and couldn't give me a quote on extra work and didn't want to do the research and didn't offer a loaner vehicle. I called Honda Haven and got excellent treatment. Very knowlegeable, answered all my questions in a straightforward manner and gave me a loaner for the day. Peace of mind! Couldn't have been more professional and freindly to me. more

Panel lighting/ brakes inspection 1/12/2012

Provided me an honest assessment of my front and rear brakes percentage remainig life of the pads. Provided other feedback as well. My Honda display dash light for the radio and air conditioner/heat went out and they took the panel off only to determine it was a major computer board which needed to be replaced. A design flaw by Honda. They did not charge me for assessing the problem. It was too expensive to fix. They even called other companies for assistance/ideas all to no avail. I was with them at this time. more

2000 Honda Accord 12/27/2011

I was referred to Honda Haven in August of this year, and I had been looking for a honest repair shop, and I found it. Im very happy and pleased with the work they do. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. I live in Olive Branch so for me to come to Bartlett (meaning this far) Im very pleased, and my son brings his car here as well. more

Fast service, expert staff 11/26/2011

The employees here really know Hondas inside and out. And Honda vehicles are worth the money spent on preventive maintenace. I've recently purchased a used model and I fully expect to roll over 1/4 million miles with it. Jason S. 1988 Honda Accord; 179,900 miles. more

element rear differential howling 11/7/2011

dropped by and dave knew right away what the problem was. needed rear diff svc. in and out in a half hour and no more howl. glad i found hondahaven again. more

First Time Visit 10/31/2011

I took my 2005 TL (Snow Ball) in for an oil change, and received excellent service for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. They were able to provide me with useful information about services I may need and got me in and out within the hour. It also helps that they're conveniently located minutes from my office. Honda Haven won my loyalty in one visit. See you all soon.... more
