I chose Honda Haven because of the my inital phone call to them. I first called a dealer, and their price was a little lower but the person was unknowlegable, barely interested in my business and couldn't give me a quote on extra work and didn't want to do the research and didn't offer a loaner vehicle. I called Honda Haven and got excellent treatment. Very knowlegeable, answered all my questions in a straightforward manner and gave me a loaner for the day. Peace of mind! Couldn't have been more professional and freindly to me.
