Made an appointment online to get my brakes looked at on my Honda civic... Haven folks were quick to reply and accomodating with my schedule... evern offered me a ride to work ... bet my wife would have liked to known that on the front end :) Got in. Got out. Costs for replacing the front end brakes was fair. Good experience. Will recommend to friends.
