Your technician was suggesting that I need a unit and all I needed was a capacitor. I explained to him what was going on with the unit and he said a salesman will be in touch. Well I sat in a hot house till the next day when someone brighter than your technician put the part on I needed about 25.00. Never heard back from frymire after leaving a message. Poor service, very unsatisfied but I will tell how frymire tried to screw me. Will be calling the better business bureau because that is not the way to do business , have a good day

The customer called us to perform a precision tune up. It was stated to our technician when arrived that the a/c system worked sometimes. Tech found the condensate primary drain blocked and purged it. Attempted to start the a/c and found the compressor not running. The compressor was pulling close to locked rotor amps. He checked the run capacitor and installed a hard start kit. Compressor did start but it was over amping. Tech recommended to replace the condensing unit and turned the information over to our sales staff. The service called concluded at 5:48 PM. A Frymire salesman called that evening twice, once at 7:30 and again at 7:40 PM. Both times he left a voice message. The customer did not call back.
