Will radically underestimate costs and do work you have not asked for or were informed of. They will then tell you the work is already done and are expected to pay for it.

We purchased our new Kia Optima in Junction City because we have always had great sales and service from them when Mr. Pratt was there before. When we heard he was back my husband could not wait to see him as we had been looking and could not find or get the deal we wanted from any of the dealers in Manhattan or Topeka. Our experience exceeded our expectations and has changed our entire outlook on what a car shopping experience should be. Cliff Howard worked with us patiently and was very knowledgeable. We wouldn't be in our new car without him. I can't wait to refer friends, and change their opinion on what a car buying experience should be as well! Even after the sale we have been treated like royalty. We had one discrepancy with our vehicle a couple of days after purchase, brought it back to the dealership and they handled it with no questions asked. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle through them down the road. more

I came after looking around online and see that they had the perfect Ford Focus for me and after coming in for a test drive it was just a matter of getting a loan from my credit union. My wife and I have purchased 4 trucks from here. We have had a great time buying from them. I have seen post on here and other sites that are negative and I don't understand why. Yes when you buy a used auto there could be a problem that the dealer was not aware of. That does not mean that they are trying to rip you off. I just bought a 2005 Ford F150 from them and yes we found a problem while on a test drive. I was told by the salesman it would be taken care of. I brought the truck back the next day it went straight in the shop. I was given a loaner to drive . Bottom line the truck is fixed and I love it drives as good as a 2013. Will bend over backwards for you and I STAND behind my statement. If your are looking for new or used. They are GREAT go see them. more
