Worst

Will radically underestimate costs and do work you have not asked for or were informed of. They will then tell you the work is already done and are expected to pay for it.

I've dealt with Todd, the Online salesman, for Dick Edwards Ford in Manhattan, KS, for about a week now. My husband and I are a young newly married couple and have various issues getting a car. Todd has helped us better understand our credit and I fully recommend this company and this salesman to EVERYONE!!! I have a full understanding to the car buying business and they defenitely treat their customers like friends. If there were more than five stars to give Todd has earned it! more

Great Salesman 9/1/2005

The salesman at Dick Edwards are fabulous! We went in to test drive a car and were surprised that we were not mobbed by salesman the second we hit the lot. Instead they let us look around for a while and then took us on a test drive in the vehicle we wanted to test. The salesman really listened to our needs and did not pressure us into buying something we didn't really need or want. more
