Worst

Will radically underestimate costs and do work you have not asked for or were informed of. They will then tell you the work is already done and are expected to pay for it.

We purchased our new Kia Optima at Dick Edwards in Junction City because we have always had great sales and service from them when Mr. Pratt was there before. When we heard he was back my husband could not wait to see him as we had been looking and could not find or get the deal we wanted from any of the dealers in Manhattan or Topeka. Dawn was very helpful with looking up a replacement vehicle for my Dodge Dart which came with no air conditioning or power locks. She was able to successfully find a new Dodge Dart that matched my specifications and facilitated delivery the same day that I came in. more

I love Dick Edwards and often recommend them to my friends and family. Both their sales and service departments are top- notch. Bought a number of vehicles from this dealership and have always been very happy and treated fairly. The staff at Dick Edwards was very friendly and helpful as we looked through the selection on the lot. They were quick to answer any questions and had a car ready for a test drive in no time at all. After we decide on what car we wanted they went all out to make sure they got us the best deal possible. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for a new car. more
