The entire process was conducted without tactics or any stereotypical gimmicks.

Worst

Will radically underestimate costs and do work you have not asked for or were informed of. They will then tell you the work is already done and are expected to pay for it.

I am a military service member currently deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. My wife recently experienced unexpected car problems with our 2011 Kia Sorento while at the post office in Junction City. She had the vehicle towed to the service department at Dick Edwards Auto Plaza. She was completely surprised with how well she was treated by the service department. The staff went above and beyond for her. Realizing that she had to get back home before our two young sons arrived from school, they expeditiously explained the issues with our vehicle and immediately had the shuttle service take her back home free of charge. I can't begin to thank them enough. I definitely, 100%, recommend the service department to anyone. more
